Pirates sign No. 1 pick Skenes to record deal

The Pittsburgh Pirates have signed pitcher Paul Skenes to a record-breaking contract that includes a $9.2 million signing bonus after selecting him as the overall No. 1 pick in the 2023 MLB draft.
